An Introduction to Macrobiotic Cooking

Learn how to prepare delicious, nutritious macrobiotic meals for your whole family.

John Lewis has been involved with macrobiotics since 1976, and holds teaching qualifications from the Kushi Institute, the world's foremost macrobiotic studies organisation.

Course registration and refunds

All courses require a registration fee to enrol. In most cases, this fee is the cost of the first weeknd of a multi-weekend course, or the whole cost of a half day, one day or one weeeknd course.

The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, although in certain cases it may be possible to offer an equal value discount on future courses.
